Robby is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Creative Homes, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial leadership within the homebuilding industry. Robby’s expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and profitability. Outside of work, Robby enjoys smoking meat and spending time with family.

Doug serves as our Vice President of Construction. With over 23 years of experience in the homebuilding Industry, Doug has a deep desire and passion to provide a clear process to see a home through from concept to completion, embrace new ideas in the market, and deliver each home to accuracies of plan, specification, and expectation. He continues to develop his team of Neighborhood Builders to deliver a consistent and repeatable experience for all homeowners through their process, approach, trade partner accountability, and buyer expectations. Married to his wife and a proud father to his kids, Doug enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family in his down time.

Community Specialist, Kellie, is passionate about working with new homeowners, providing them with the best experience possible, and working alongside others who strive to do that same. With many years of experience in real estate, Kellie continues to show compassion and genuine care for every homeowner. Kellie understands that purchasing a new home is one of the largest financial investments and decisions someone will make.  By carefully listening and understanding the needs of the customer, she has a natural ability to help each new homeowner. Our Director of Product and Design, Rachel is always on the hunt for new, exciting, and innovative selections for all of our homes. With a keen eye for detail, and an extensive knowledge base on current design trends, Rachel is able to effortlessly select and design new features in any home. Her favorite space in her home is her kitchen where she loves spending quality time with her kids.

Design Studio Specialist, Danielle, is incredibly passionate and talented in new home design. Creating beautiful homes and giving a spectacular customer experience through transparency and communication to our home buyers throughout the design process is her number one goal! When Danielle isn’t busy designing homes, you can find her traveling, attend sporting events (Go Vikings!) and concerts.

Helping her customers find fun, creative, and personalized touches are all things Erin is passionate about bringing to your design studio experience. A Creative Homes homeowner, turned employee, Erin understands the processes and experiences from both sides, and is genuinely interested in helping people make their house a home. The kitchen is her favorite room in her home, where she loves to entertain family and friends, and you can bet if it’s Tuesday, she’s serving tacos.

New Home Designer, Tim, has a deep passion for designing our homes and making sure every plan is just right. From drafting to final plans, Tim goes the extra mile to ensure each and every home plan we design is accurate and achieves the dreams of our homeowners. When Tim isn’t finalizing plans, he can usually be found spending time with his wife and daughters on the deck or on the boat fishing.

New Home Designer, Adam is passionate about working along our sales team to ensure the vision of each homeowner is replicated in the plan for their home. Whether he is personalizing a preliminary plan, or finalizing plans themselves, Adam feels most at home in his job ensuring each plan is just right. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family or catching a local trivia night nearby.

Marc is passionate about creating a dream plan that is unique to each homebuyer. He enjoys both personalizing plans and ensuring that each plan is accurate. When Marc isn't helping finalize plans, you can find him enjoying the outdoors and woodworking. 

Ray’s role as a Senior Neighborhood Builder includes handling job site supervision while being an available resource for both homeowners and trade partners during construction. With extensive experience in a variety of industry and supervisory positions, he’s a strong asset to the building team. Ray loves that each day at work is different. His favorite part of the job is the feeling of accomplishment when the home is complete.” His favorite room in his own home? The living room, because it has the biggest TV in the house to watch his beloved Vikings win.

Our Senior Neighborhood Builder Aaron is our fearless builder of the North! Supporting each neighborhood and listening to each homeowner to find their vision for the home throughout the building process is what Aaron strives to do each day. With a meticulous attention to detail, and an excellent ability to get the job done right, Aaron is a wonderful asset to our Field Production Team. His favorite space in his home is the deck hanging out with his family.

With over 15 years of experience in new home construction spanning over 8 different states, Neighborhood Builder, Noel can proudly say he is with the homeowner every step of the way, listening and understanding every situation in order to deliver an unmatched customer experience is his number one. Noel is passionate about seeing the progress of home building, he finds it very satisfying to watch a parcel of land become someone’s dream! When Noel isn’t in the field, you can find him enjoying just about anything outside, he loves fishing, hunting and camping.

Sarah’s career in construction started at a young age working under the supervision of her father. With a background in residential remodeling and warranty, Sarah enjoys working alongside homeowners to ensure the vision they had for their home is a reality. Her favorite space at home is in the barn where she raises cattle with her family. 

Neighborhood Builder, Walt, is passionate about having a direct impact on the place people call home and make memories in. With over thirty years of experience in the building industry, Walt knows how to work with people to create and deliver each home on time and to the highest of quality. When he isn't out in the field, you can find him hiking, boating, hunting, or snowshoeing. 

Neighborhood Builder, Travis, is passionate about being out in the field to see our homes truly come to life in our communities! He enjoys building relationships with homeowners through constant communication and transparency before, during, and after their build. With a degree in Construction Management and a wide range of experience at Creative Homes, Travis brings an awesome perspective to the field and is excited to create a memorable final product for each of our homeowners. His favorite spot in his home is his office that he designed.

As a Quality Control Lead, Steve believes communication is key to providing our homeowners with an exceptional, high quality home. He believes that the best way to build trust with his homeowners is to always listen and correct concerns no matter how small during every step of the construction process. He is passionate about ensuring each home is built to set the stage for many family memories to be created for years to come. In his spare time, Steve most enjoys spending time in his garage where he enjoys being outside and fixing various things.

Warranty Manager, Kelly, is passionate about providing homeowners peace of mind throughout their first year of ownership and beyond. Kelly knows good communication is key and is there to let our homeowners know we are here for them! He enjoys meeting our homeowners in person, working hands on with systems in our homes, and seeing the finished product the Creative team puts together. When Kelly isn't out in the field, you can find him hunting, fishing, or paddleboarding. 

Customer Experience Specialist, Rob, enjoys building relationships with each homeowner and making sure their requests are heard and valued prior to finding their way home. He loves to get down to business but have a good time along the way when walking through their brand-new home. His favorite space in his home is the kitchen where he can entertain guests or just have a quiet night in with his wife.
