This is the third year in a row Creative Homes has been named a Top Workplace and our best ranking so far at #5 this year!

The evaluation of the Top Workplaces is based on feedback provided in a survey completed by our team members earlier this year. The survey focuses on several areas that are factors in determining organizational health including, alignment, effectiveness, connection, engagement, management, leadership, compensation/training and diversity. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. This year, 4,246 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and 79,658 employees shared their views. The Star Tribune used this information to make their Top Workplaces designations with 309 companies making the winners list.

Time and time again Creative Homes' employees mention the fun culture and passion! Survey results of employees in 2020, 2021 & 2022 showed a common theme of words including fun, team, and energy.
