Together the Top 25 Builders accounted for $3.1 billion in gross revenue and 5,600 housing units in 2023. Of those housing units, 4,112 were single-family homes and 1,518 were townhomes or multifamily units. Lennar reported gross revenue at $895,306,358 for 1,186 single-family homes and 673 multifamily homes closed in the 2023 calendar year for a total of 1,859 units.

It has been four months since we have moved into our home and I cannot put into words how thankful we are that we built with Creative. Wow! It's hard to know where to even start and I know I won't be able to list everything, but I have to try and tell you how we awesome we feel about the whole building process with Creative Homes and how much we truly love our new home. The process of building with Creative Homes was the most relaxing (sounds weird, but so true!) home building experience we have ever been through. I really enjoyed the weekly calls with the builder. It made me feel like I knew what progress was happening during the build, and really set a tone of trust with the builder that I wasn't expecting. I found those conversations, even when very short, to be extremely helpful in staying calm during the build process.
