Buyer has selected to use preferred lender Better Built Mortgage as the lender for the above Real Estate Purchase Agreement with Creative Homes. If Buyer elects not to use a preferred lender for this purchase, then concurrent with the change of lender, and upon the election of Seller, Buyer agrees that all builder incentives will be forfeited.
