Step into the Sutherland! Be greeted by a den in the front of the home perfect for working from home. As you make your way inside, you'll come across the staircase going up and downstairs. The kitchen, dining, and great room come together with large glass windows and tons of natural light. Upstairs includes four bedrooms with one of those being an awesome owner's suite, two bathrooms, and the laundry room. The unfinished basement of this home is incredibly spacious with lots of room to entertain.
From the initial conversations and choosing our lot and floor plan, to our design meeting and the actual build itself Creative's team made us feel at ease and went above and beyond. We felt like they truly cared and looked out for our best interests.

Wow! It's hard to know where to even start and I know I won't be able to list everything, but I have to try and tell you how we awesome we feel about the whole building process with Creative Homes and how much we truly love our new home. The process of building with Creative Homes was the most relaxing (sounds weird, but so true!) home building experience we have ever been through.
