We’ve Got You Covered:

Life insurance and long-term disability are paid for 100%, and employee health insurance premiums are 50% covered by Creative Homes. Dental, vision, short-term disability, health savings account, and flex spending accounts are optional. Spouses and kids eligible.

401K For Your Future:

Creative Homes matches up to 4% of employee contributions after 6 months of employment.

Professional Development:

Approved courses and association memberships will be paid for by Creative Homes up to $2,000 per calendar year. Tuition, books, and software for classes are included!
