Well my friends, Spring Parade 2018 is officially in the books and with that, comes much excitement, and many new opportunities! On Monday morning, our office was buzzing with all of the new ideas and feedback we received from everyone who came to visit our models in the parade! I’m convinced the coffee did indeed taste better, and the sun was actually shining a bit brighter but maybe that’s just me.
Echoing throughout the feedback we received across all of our models, was the attention to detail and the quality of construction displayed throughout our work. Of course, none of this could have been done without our fearless Neighborhood Builders, and our Customer Care Team who continue to keep a watchful eye on all of our new construction each and every week.
Each day, they are actively working alongside our wonderful trade partners to make sure each nail, stud, and drop of paint is placed exactly where it should be according to our plans. Not only does each model display this attention to detail, but each home we build does as well – the quality of construction doesn’t just stop with the models.
Those who walked through our homes also noticed the consistent functionality of our floor plans. Although each floor plan is unique in its own way, each one is designed in a way that is effective for families of all sizes. We believe your home should reflect your lifestyle in whatever way that may be and focus on paying attention to our buyer’s ideas, visions, and dreams throughout our design process.
Many people specifically noticed the exceptional mudroom in the back hall at the Quick Move-In home in Territory. It features a wonderful built-in bench with hooks and storage underneath for plenty of shoes, coats, hats, and scarves! Additionally, right off of the mudroom is the laundry room which is perfect for throwing those muddy socks where they belong the minute they come in the house!
Another wonderful space featured in a few of our models is a 3-season porch. This specific porch that is pictured is nestled in our Lake Ridge Crossing Model. I mean, talk about a versatile space that can be dressed up or dressed down for any season, or occasion! It comes right off of the dining room and leads onto the deck, which if you ask me, just screams barbeque in its nature. This space is the bee's knees. The wine cellar in our Miller Farms Model received a lot of love from everyone who visited. The detailing in the cedar shelving is incredible! It can hold more than 400 bottles of wine! (Who needed a liquor store anyways when you can just take a small jaunt down the stairs?!) Did I mention it is a walk in?!
This wine cellar is fit for even the most prestigious wine connoisseur and is definitely the highlight of the great room in the basement as it is the first thing you notice when you walk down the stairs- or if you happen to already be downstairs, the wet bar is only a few steps away. It’s incredible.
Overall, we had an amazing Spring Parade at Creative. We are so grateful for every single individual who stopped by! We truly do hear and value your feedback and insights! We are so excited for all of the upcoming projects we have going on over here and cannot wait to see what the future holds! After all, though the Parade may be over, it really was just the beginning of something new.
