Derek and Jeff were awesome to work with and provided great communication, customer service and were passionate about building a high quality home we would be proud to own in the end. During the entire purchase, selection, and building process I found everyone I worked with very knowledgeable and friendly. I lived in Tennessee while my home was being built. The great communication kept me from feeling stress about not physically keeping an eye on the build. I was provided with many pictures as well.

I really enjoyed the weekly calls with the builder. It made me feel like I knew what progress was happening during the build, and really set a tone of trust with the builder that I wasn't expecting. I found those conversations, even when very short, to be extremely helpful in staying calm during the build process.

The building process was so fun and easy; every week it was so exciting to see progress on our home. The design studio made for an easy experience when picking all the materials for our home. From start to completion, their attention to detail was phenomenal. Creative Homes has a solid team of experts and were always there to answer any question we would have. There is no doubt that I would recommend Creative Homes to anyone building a home.

We really had a great home building experience with Creative. Our home was completed on schedule and they worked closely with us on every aspect of the project. Our site supervisor was incredible – he was catching things before we even noticed them and had them remedied quickly and to our standards.
