Creative Homes is proud to announce that, together with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and numerous national and local sponsors, we are building a St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace in the beautiful North Star neighborhood in Lake Elmo, MN. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of this home will be donated to St. Jude to support their mission of fighting childhood cancer and other devastating diseases. The home will be released to the public during the Fall 2026 Parade of Homes, offering an incredible opportunity to support a worthy cause while experiencing the quality and craftsmanship of Creative Homes.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live. Because of generous donor support, St. Jude can provide children cutting-edge treatments not covered by insurance, at no cost to families. When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was largely considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%, and they won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.

The St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace is a community-driven fundraising initiative supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and its mission: Finding cures. Saving children®. Stepping Stone Homes, together with our business partners and the support of the public, contributes by donating the funds, materials, and services necessary to build the home. When the home is sold, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to St. Jude, ensuring that more children get the medical care they need to overcome cancer and life-threatening illness. This is more than a house; it’s a powerful step towards a brighter, healthier future for children everywhere.
