Of those housing units, 4,112 were single-family homes and 1,518 were townhomes or multifamily units. Lennar reported gross revenue at $895,306,358 for 1,186 single-family homes and 673 multifamily homes closed in the 2023 calendar year for a total of 1,859 units.
