On October 25, 2018 at the Mystic Lake Casino, the Creative Homes team, along with many others from the homebuilding industry, gathered to celebrate a wonderful night at the Building Industry Gala hosted by BATC-Housing First Minnesota.
Clad in their best, the team enjoyed excellent food and beverages as they mingled with many others in anticipation of the awards to be distributed that night. The Creative Homes team ultimately took home one Reggie Award for the Pinecroft Model at Meadow Valley. This is the seventh Reggie for the team since 2014.
Creative Homes entered 12 homes into the Reggie Awards, all of which were on display during the 2018 Fall Parade of Homes. A Reggie Award is presented to builders for an outstanding achievement in the design, construction quality, and value of the home as judged by their harshest critics, builders, and other professionals from within the industry.
Ultimately, the Creative Homes team walked away with one Reggie Award for the Pinecroft Model at Meadow Valley. This is the seventh Reggie for the team since 2014.

The Pinecroft at Meadow Valley is known for its rustic yet modern features tucked throughout the home. Specifically, this 3,646 square foot home touts stunning timber beams spanning the peak vaults on the main level, a stone ceiling-reaching fireplace, exquisite pendant lighting over the wide-veined granite countertops in the kitchen, stunning tile detail in the master bathroom, a three-season cedar screened in porch, a barn door in the mudroom, and a beautiful lower level with two bedrooms, and an excellent family room for entertaining.
