Creative Homes is listed among the Star Tribune's Top 200 companies, ranking #9 in the small companies category. This is the fourth year in a row Creative Homes has been named a Top Workplace!

The evaluation of the Top Workplaces is based on feedback provided in a survey completed by our team members earlier this year. The survey focuses on several areas that are factors in determining organizational health including, alignment, effectiveness, connection, engagement, management, leadership, compensation/training and diversity. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces, especially since the results came from our very own team members. Time and time again Creative Homes' employees mention the fun culture and passion! Survey results of employees in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 showed a common theme of words including fun, team, and energy. We really had a great home building experience with Creative. Our home was completed on schedule and they worked closely with us on every aspect of the project.
