Creative Homes is listed among the Star Tribune's Top 200 companies, ranking #3 in the Small Companies category. This is the fifth year in a row Creative Homes has been named a Top Workplace and our best year yet at #3! On top of this, the President & CEO of Creative Homes, Nick Hackworthy, has been named the Top Small Company Leader!

The evaluation of the Top Workplaces is based on feedback provided in a survey completed by our team members earlier this year. The survey focuses on several areas that are factors in determining organizational health including, alignment, effectiveness, connection, engagement, management, leadership, compensation/training and diversity. The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

The building process was so fun and easy; every week it was so exciting to see progress on our home. The design studio made for an easy experience when picking all the materials for our home.
