Creative Homes celebrated a meaningful milestone for the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace® in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, bringing together trade partners, vendors, and team members for a special Floor Signing Event.
Before construction continues, attendees had the opportunity to sign the floor of the future home, leaving their mark on a project that represents hope, generosity, and the power of community. More than just a construction milestone, the event served as a reminder of the incredible impact that can be made when people come together in support of a greater cause.
The event featured remarks from Creative Homes CEO and President Nick Hackworthy, who spoke about what the partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® means to the company and the community. Guests also heard a powerful message from the father of a St. Jude patient from St. Paul, Minnesota. His family's story provided a moving reminder that the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® affects families close to home and offers hope to children and parents facing unimaginable challenges.

Watching our trade partners sign the floor was one of the most meaningful moments of the day.
