There’s nothing quite like the magic of the holiday season and at Creative Homes, we love celebrating it with our amazing communities. Over the past two weekends, our holiday photoshoots at Oak Hill and Evanswood were a huge success! Families, neighbors, and even a few pups stopped by to snap their festive photos, enjoy the beautifully decorated model homes, and connect with the people who make these neighborhoods so special. The best part? Watching neighbors meet for the first time, families mingle, and new friendships form.
Events like these remind us just how special each of our communities truly is. The energy, the laughter, and the sense of togetherness made these photoshoots something to remember. And the fun isn’t over yet…we’re just getting started! We still have three more holiday photoshoot dates coming up, and you’re invited to join us for more festive moments, cozy model home tours, and a complimentary professional holiday photo perfect for your seasonal cards.

We absolutely loved our new home from the first time we saw it, and have felt the same ever since moving in! From start to finish the entire process working with Creative Homes was smooth sailing. We couldn't be happier with our house or our home buying experience!

Wow! It's hard to know where to even start and I know I won't be able to list everything, but I have to try and tell you how we awesome we feel about the whole building process with Creative Homes and how much we truly love our new home. The process of building with Creative Homes was the most relaxing (sounds weird, but so true!) home building experience we have ever been through. The communication provided from the very start until the very end has been phenomenal. Not once during the whole process did we ever sit and wonder what was going on regarding our home. I honestly wish I could name everyone behind the scenes at Creative Homes who works so hard to make customers like us have such an awesome home building experience. This company has the standards and employees that all companies should take note of and follow the example of.
Our family recently purchased a move in ready home from Creative Homes and we absolutely love it. The design and quality of the home was done with great attention to detail. The staff, in all phases of our purchase, was amazingly accommodating and professional. I would recommend Creative to anyone who is looking to move into a new house or build a new house!
