The real estate market has not taken a break since early 2020 and it has only continued to become an even hotter market. Since the onset of the pandemic, the price of lumber has skyrocketed to over three times the price at the same point last year. We see record highs in lumber prices day after day.
With historically low interest rates creating a red-hot market and the cost of building materials consistently rising, Creative Homes has had to learn to operate in this new demanding, hectic time. The building process was so fun and easy; every week it was so exciting to see progress on our home. The design studio made for an easy experience when picking all the materials for our home.
