What a crazy world that we’ve all been living with since early 2020. None of us could have predicted being in the situation we are in right now. The real estate market has not taken a break since early 2020 and it has only continued to become an even hotter market. Since the onset of the pandemic, the price of lumber has skyrocketed to over three times the price at the same point last year. We see record highs in lumber prices day after day.
With historically low interest rates creating a red-hot market and the cost of building materials consistently rising, Creative Homes has had to learn to operate in this new demanding, hectic time. Like anything here at Creative Homes, we want to provide an unmatched customer experience for our homebuyers and that never changes though we now have to collaborate more than ever on what changing availably and prices can mean to the homebuying process. As we move forward in this uncertain market, our team will continue to put our homebuyers first. We’ll be working with you all to provide honest, transparent updates and get you into the house that truly feels like a home. We look forward to sharing more updates as the market continues to evolve and support you in each aspect of your home building journey.
We had an exceptional experience with Creative Homes and would recommend them to anyone. Not only did we get a well-built home, but the customer service exceeded our expectations. From our first meeting, to well-after we closed on our new home, the Creative Homes team made us feel like we were family. We already know we want Creative Homes to build our next home (in many, many years)!
If you are thinking about building a home with Creative do it! The entire process and team has been outstanding. Everyone warns you about how awful building a house is, with Creative it has been nothing but a turn key easy process. Their team is best in class.
I want to take a minute and write to you to express our gratitude for you and the whole Creative Homes Team. You made our dream come true, and every time I enter our new home I cannot believe it is ours. Thanks again!
I cannot express how happy we are with the overall experience we have had with Creative Homes. Everyday my husband and I say “we love our house”. Everything from the flooring to the fixtures turned out better than we could have imagined. From the beginning to the end Creative was there for us every step of the way! We are so grateful to Creative Homes for building our dream home!
