The real estate market has not taken a break since early 2020 and it has only continued to become an even hotter market. Since the onset of the pandemic, the price of lumber has skyrocketed to over three times the price at the same point last year. We see record highs in lumber prices day after day.
With historically low interest rates creating a red-hot market and the cost of building materials consistently rising, Creative Homes has had to learn to operate in this new demanding, hectic time. It has been four months since we have moved into our home and I cannot put into words how thankful we are that we built with Creative. They’re the type of company you feel like once you move in you want to invite over for dinner and drinks once a month!
