The real estate market has not taken a break since early 2020 and it has only continued to become an even hotter market. Since the onset of the pandemic, the price of lumber has skyrocketed to over three times the price at the same point last year. We see record highs in lumber prices day after day.
With historically low interest rates creating a red-hot market and the cost of building materials consistently rising, Creative Homes has had to learn to operate in this new demanding, hectic time. Like anything here at Creative Homes, we want to provide an unmatched customer experience for our homebuyers and that never changes though we now have to collaborate more than ever on what changing availably and prices can mean to the homebuying process.
