The evaluation of the Best Workplaces is based on feedback provided in a survey completed by our team members earlier this year. Quantum Workplace, has conducted a benefits audit of the applicants and created an employee-engagement index to rank companies using the responses of 147,265 employees who volunteered to take its confidential questionnaire. To qualify for Best Workplaces, a company has to hit minimum cutoffs, adjusted by company size in seven categories, as small as five-to- nine employees (new this year) up to as large as 500-plus employees.
