Another successful Hearts and Hammers Project Day! Giving back to our community is so important to our team and we could not be more grateful for the opportunity to help a deserving family.
We partner with Hearts and hammers annually to restore and repair the homes of senior citizens and the disabled on their Project Day to help deserving homeowners continue living independently in their own homes. Each year, we spend a day together as a team working to make the exterior of the home weatherproof, safe, and beautiful. We immerse ourselves into a meaningful day of painting, landscaping, yard cleaning, and exterior home repairs knowing it will make a lasting impression on those who call it home. We believe everyone deserves to have a safe and well-maintained home, and we are honored to use our expertise to help make that happen.

At Creative Homes, giving back is embedded into who we are. We partner with many different non-profits located around the Twin Cities, giving back our time, money, and other resources.
