Creative Homes is so proud to have made the list of the Top 25 Builders in the Twin Cities for the seventh year in a row! Over the last four years, we have consistently been in the top 10; This is a remarkable accomplishment being one of few private Builders on the list.
Together the Top 25 Builders accounted for $3.2 billion in gross revenue and 6,410 housing units in 2021. “With the pressing need for more housing in the Twin Cities, we are fortunate to have so many exceptional builders to help provide homes in our community,” said David Siegel, executive director of Housing First Minnesota. “Housing is vital to the health, wealth, and stability of our region.” Read more on Housing First's article here.

We had an incredible experience with our build by Creative. We LOVE our new home, & are so grateful for such an easy-going process from start to finish!
This is the second home we have built and after the horrible experience we had the first time, I said we would never do it again. Thankfully, our experience with Creative Homes was the exact opposite. We have had a wonderful experience with the quality and detail of the home and everyone we have met from Creative Homes.
I cannot express how happy we are with the overall experience we have had with Creative Homes. Everyday my husband and I say “we love our house”. Everything from the flooring to the fixtures turned out better than we could have imagined. From the beginning to the end Creative was there for us every step of the way! We are so grateful to Creative Homes for building our dream home!
The building process was so fun and easy; every week it was so exciting to see progress on our home. The design studio made for an easy experience when picking all the materials for our home. From start to completion, their attention to detail was phenomenal. Creative Homes has a solid team of experts and were always there to answer any question we would have. There is no doubt that I would recommend Creative Homes to anyone building a home.
