The 2026 Spring Parade of Homes Twin Cities was a standout success for Creative Homes, bringing record-breaking traffic through our homes across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. From first-time buyers to those simply enjoying the tour, it was incredible to welcome so many visitors and showcase what makes our homes truly special.
As a leading homebuilder in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, Creative Homes values the Parade as a unique opportunity to highlight our thoughtfully designed floor plans, high-quality craftsmanship, and elevated design details. More importantly, it allows us to demonstrate the unmatched customer experience we’re known for—before, during, and long after the construction of your home.
This season was also a major milestone for Creative Custom Homes, with the debut of their first-ever Dream Home in Lake Elmo. The home drew strong interest and showcased the beauty, personalization, and luxury that define our custom homebuilding experience.
The Spring Parade of Homes continues to be one of the best ways to explore new construction homes in the Twin Cities area, and this year’s turnout made it one of our most successful yet. Whether you’re actively searching for a new home, building from the ground up, or simply gathering inspiration, we’re grateful to have been part of your journey. We look forward to continuing to help you find your way home! Learn more about us here.

Building a home with Creative is more than a process of building a house. Its the people you get to meet, work with and get to know along the way. And Creative knows the right people to have in the right position.
