Today, we’re incredibly proud to say that the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home Showplace is officially complete and ready to welcome visitors during the Fall Parade of Homes.

Seeing this home finished is a proud moment for the entire Creative Homes team. Bringing the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home to life took countless hours, thoughtful collaboration, and an incredible amount of generosity from the trade partners, vendors, and local businesses who came together to make this project possible. From donated labor and materials to professional services and countless hours behind the scenes, this home represents what can happen when an entire community comes together around a meaningful cause. And that generosity is exactly what makes us proud to be a Zero Hero builder.
What It Means to Be a Zero Hero Builder
As a Zero Hero builder, Creative Homes builds the St. Jude Dream Home using donated labor, materials, and services. By covering construction costs through these generous contributions, the home can be completed without those costs reducing the funds raised through the project. That means 100% of the proceeds from the St. Jude Dream Home can go toward supporting the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This year, the community's support resulted in a record-setting donation of more than $1.3 million to St. Jude. That number is something worth celebrating, but what it represents is even more meaningful.
More Than a Home, It’s Hope
At St. Jude, families never receive a bill for their child’s treatment, travel, housing, or food. By helping remove that financial burden, St. Jude allows families to focus on what matters most: their child and their care. That’s what makes the St. Jude Dream Home so much more than a beautiful house. It’s a home built with purpose. It’s a reflection of what generosity can accomplish. And it’s a reminder that when builders, trade partners, businesses, and community members work together, the impact can reach far beyond the walls of a home.
