With our Build on Your Lot program, you can choose to customize one of our many Creative Homes' floor plans or bring your own architectural plans. You also get to experience our market leading Design Studio, where you'll select from thousands of options and see your dream home come to life! Areas include but are not limited to anywhere within the Twin Cities area and Western WI.
