Record Sales Month in Oakwood Ponds
Creative Homes continues to outperform the headlines. With so many news stories circulating about the housing market seeing a major slowdown, we have experienced a different story, specifically in our Oakwood Ponds of Blaine community. This past month, November 2022, we had a record sales month! Our New Home Specialists helped 8 families find their forever home. Half of these buyers purchased a Quick Move-in Home and the other half decided to build.
The overwhelming demand in Oakwood Ponds has been incredible. A huge factor in our success has come through referrals of current Oakwood Ponds residents. So many of these happy homeowners have connected us to family and friends looking to buy a Creative home- making this a wonderfully tightknit and welcoming community of people.
The final phase of Oakwood Ponds opened up early this fall; Tucked away in a large cul-de-sac, you'll find these gorgeous single-family homesites. Watch drone footage of the new phase here. Roughly 50 homesites remain throughout the community including both villa and single-family homes, but they're going fast! Located in walking distance from Sunrise Elementary School (Anoka County School District), a short drive to all the shopping and restaurant offerings of Blaine, and a 20-minute drive to Minneapolis.
