Tucked behind Southpoint lies Summit Ridge which will be composed of 25 single-family homesites and will feature several different floor plans to offer a mixture of exterior styles and design within the community. Summit Ridge homes are set to start in the $400’s. The entrance to both communities will be off of Mayer Road.
