Located directly across from the newly renovated St. Croix Meadows commercial development, and resting on roughly 35 acres, Summit Ridge and South Point will feature exceptional single family and multi-family housing options.
Southpoint, which will be visible from Carmichael Road, will feature a a mixture of both twin homes and row townhomes providing the community with 80 association-maintained units starting from the mid $200’s. Tucked behind Southpoint lies Summit Ridge which will be composed of 25 single-family homesites and will feature several different floor plans to offer a mixture of exterior styles and design within the community. Summit Ridge homes are set to start in the $400’s. The entrance to both communities will be off of Mayer Road.
Nestled into the Hudson School District, the two communities will offer exceptional access to the wonderful amenities of Hudson including the new opportunities in St. Croix Meadows. The development is expected to open in the summer of 2019.
