This year, an astounding 94.8% of our homeowners said "Yes" to the question: "Would you refer us to your friends and family?" This far exceeds industry standards and motivates us to continue delivering excellence at every step. We are profoundly grateful to our homeowners for choosing us to bring their dream homes to life. Your trust and partnership inspire everything we do.

Giving Back: From our Hearts & Hammers Project Day to supporting local athletic teams, Habitat for Humanity, Bridge for Community Life, Hope Academy, and more, we remained deeply committed to making a difference in the communities we serve.
Awards and Recognition: We were honored with multiple Top Workplace awards, including recognition from the Star Tribune and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Additionally, our homes received multiple quality awards in the Parade of Homes, a testament to the craftsmanship and care we put into every build.
Trade Appreciation: To express our gratitude to the incredible trade partners who contribute to our quality and customer experience, we hosted Trade Partner Lunches throughout the year.
New Communities: We proudly launched several vibrant new communities across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, expanding opportunities for homeowners to find their perfect fit.
New Floor Plans: The launch of our Lifestyle Series introduced an affordable option that delivers the quality we’re known for, paired with a simplified building process.

Wow! It's hard to know where to even start and I know I won't be able to list everything, but I have to try and tell you how we awesome we feel about the whole building process with Creative Homes and how much we truly love our new home. The process of building with Creative Homes was the most relaxing (sounds weird, but so true!) home building experience we have ever been through. The communication provided from the very start until the very end has been phenomenal. Not once during the whole process did we ever sit and wonder what was going on regarding our home. I honestly wish I could name everyone behind the scenes at Creative Homes who works so hard to make customers like us have such an awesome home building experience. This company has the standards and employees that all companies should take note of and follow the example of.
It has been four months since we have moved into our home and I cannot put into words how thankful we are that we built with Creative. They’re the type of company you feel like once you move in you want to invite over for dinner and drinks once a month! In conversation with other friends and family who have built new construction with other companies, I truly believe that Creative is unique in that!
If you are thinking about building a home with Creative do it! The entire process and team has been outstanding. Everyone warns you about how awful building a house is, with Creative it has been nothing but a turn key easy process. Their team is best in class.
I cannot express how happy we are with the overall experience we have had with Creative Homes. Everyday my husband and I say “we love our house”. Everything from the flooring to the fixtures turned out better than we could have imagined. From the beginning to the end Creative was there for us every step of the way!
