During the entire purchase, selection, and building process I found everyone I worked with very knowledgeable and friendly. I lived in Tennessee while my home was being built. The great communication kept me from feeling stress about not physically keeping an eye on the build. I was provided with many pictures as well.

This is the second home we have built and after the horrible experience we had the first time, I said we would never do it again. Thankfully, our experience with Creative Homes was the exact opposite. We have had a wonderful experience with the quality and detail of the home and everyone we have met from Creative Homes.

From our first meeting, to well-after we closed on our new home, the Creative Homes team made us feel like we were family. It has been four months since we have moved into our home and I cannot put into words how thankful we are that we built with Creative. They’re the type of company you feel like once you move in you want to invite over for dinner and drinks once a month! In conversation with other friends and family who have built new construction with other companies, I truly believe that Creative is unique in that!
