6 Reggie Awards in 4 Years!

Creative Homes is proud to announce their 6th Reggie win since 2014. They are honored to win a Reggie Award℠ from the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) for one of their models in the 2017 Fall Parade of Homes. The award-winning model home was one of just 18 homes to win a coveted Reggie Award℠ at BATC’s Building Industry Gala (BIG) Night held on October 26, 2017, at the Mystic Lake Showroom in Prior Lake.

Creative Homes was beyond thrilled to take home one of the 18 prestigious Reggie Awards℠ for their excellence in design and construction of their model home in Miller Farms in Stillwater, MN. This win was brought in by a rustic two-story home designed with the Breckenridge floor plan.

“Homes that earn a Reggie Award are truly the best of the best,” explained BATC Executive Director, David Siegel. “The builders and industry professionals who evaluate each home bring a keen and knowledgeable eye toward quality in their selection of the winners.”

What is a Reggie Award? How is it Awarded?

Since 1968, BATC has presented the Reggie Award℠ to builders for outstanding achievement in the design, construction quality and value of their homes, as judged by their harshest critics, builders, and professionals within the industry. All judged homes were on display to the public during the 2017 Fall Parade of Homes.

This Breckenridge model in the Miller Farms Neighborhood was designed with great attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship. It stands out with cutting-edge design features and its own “Creative” touches, creating multiple “wow” factors throughout the home:

You are greeted by large double doors at the entrance which lead you into a large foyer. Step down to the main living area where the gourmet kitchen includes a walk-through butler’s pantry! The kitchen and dining area opens to the great room with a rustic fireplace and ceiling beams. Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft. The owner’s suite includes a vaulted master bedroom and spa-like bathroom.
