Our Victoria is a wonderful single level plan with a beautiful open layout. As you enter in, you'll have a nice sized bedroom/office with a full bathroom next to it. Continue into the kitchen, you will notice beautiful design elements and our incredible included features. Turn around and you'll notice a combined space for your Dinette and Great Room. The rear of the home has a large window set that allows a TON of natural light. Just off the Great Room you'll find your Owner's Suite which also has a large window set. From the Owner's Suite you'll pass through your bathroom which has a tiled shower. Through the bathroom you'll enter a large walk-In closet connected to laundry room. Downstairs has your additional bedroom, a big open space for another family room and an incredible amount of storage space in our Flex Room.

Wow!
